Fitness
What does fitness mean to you? Being able to break a 1:30 on 100M freestyle, cracking the 225 lb. barrier on bench press or just reclaiming your waist size and wardrobe from a few years ago? Fitness is subjective. And for that reason, the Little Rock Racquet Club offers a range of equipment, programs and instruction to help you accomplish your goals.
We believe you have the best chance of getting and staying fit when you’re engaged and having fun in your workouts — which is why we are constantly integrating new techniques, technology and instruction. From newer pursuits like barre and Crossfit to time-honored activities like yoga and spinning, we’re committed to helping you achieve better health and a better life.

With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, FoxFit is home to a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a hardcore yet accepting and encouraging environment. FoxFit coaches contend that a person is as fit as they are proficient in each of ten general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. Their coaching is, by design, broad, general and inclusive. Bottom line, FoxFitters specialize in not specializing. To learn more about FoxFit, contact our Coordinator, Amy Hudson.
